By purchasing or accessing any MD Build product, including Business Blueprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not make a purchase.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, so your contract of sale is with Paddle while MD Build creates and provides the product itself. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply alongside these terms, and charges appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* MDBUILD.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
MD Build products are sold for a single one-time fee. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your purchase gives you:
Access is tied to your account and is not transferable to another person.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle. We cannot take payment or issue refunds directly.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
When you buy an MD Build product, you receive:
You do not receive personalised coaching, consulting or one-to-one support unless that is agreed separately in writing.
Your access is tied to your account login. You are responsible for:
Each purchase is a licence for one person. You may use the materials to plan, build and run your own business — that is what the product is for. You may not:
If you lose access to the email address on your account, contact us and we will try to help you recover it. Please use a permanent address you expect to keep.
All MD Build content, templates, frameworks and designs remain the intellectual property of MD Build and are protected by copyright. You may:
You may not reproduce or distribute the source materials outside your account, resell or license them, or present the frameworks as your own work.
We may update, improve or reorganise product content and features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what you bought, we will tell you in advance. Your access remains valid through updates.
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your own connection or device, or by third-party providers we rely on such as our hosting, database and payment providers.
If the service is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will work to restore your access or agree an alternative.
MD Build products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The frameworks and templates are educational tools. Outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances and decisions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
We may suspend or end your access if you share credentials, redistribute content, act fraudulently, attempt to circumvent security, or otherwise materially breach these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right.
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. Payment and billing data is processed by Paddle under their own privacy policy; we never see your full card details.
Products may reference third-party tools or resources. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or functionality, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
You agree to use MD Build products lawfully. You will not use them for illegal activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or reverse-engineer the product.
We may update these terms. Where changes are material we will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these terms, the product, or your access: hello@buildbymd.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
Billing, payment and refund queries can also go directly to Paddle at paddle.net.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
